Key Responsibiities

  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Lead end-to-end project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog and define sprint goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans , schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Identify , track , and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring projects are delivered on-time , within scope, and within budget/resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, quality, and Agile maturity.
  • Ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed through regular updates and status reports.
  • Support Agile transformations and coach team members on Scrum and Agile best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
  • Promote self -organization and cross- functionality within the team.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master & Project Manager in a software development environment
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent in using Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, Powerpoint & Word.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) & Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Background in software development or Quality Assurance.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and software development life cycles (SDLC) is a plus.
