As an HR Assistant Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support while contributing to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting follow-ups.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Help organize employee training and development programs.

- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.

- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.

- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.

- Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
