About Us:
OctaMD is a dynamic company specializing in medical billing services. We are currently looking to expand our sales team with a motivated and driven Senior-Level Sales Agent or Appointment Setter to join our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments
- Qualify leads and ensure all necessary information is captured during initial contact
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in system
- Meet and exceed appointment setting goals and contribute to the sales pipeline
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
