Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Bidder and Proposal Specialist to handle our Upwork initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

  • Identify potential projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Write personalized and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure timely bidding with a strategic approach to improve conversion rates.
  • Respond to client inquiries and negotiate project terms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings with clients to understand their project requirements.
  • Research industry trends and identify high-potential clients.
  • Develop lead-generation strategies to increase business opportunities.
  • Optimize profiles and portfolios on Upwork and other platforms for maximum visibility.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align strategies.
  • Maintain records of bids, conversions, and client interactions.
  • Provide performance reports to evaluate success and areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer, with a strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, project filtering, and bidding strategies.
