Responsibilities
  • The Group Director Solution Engineering role is responsible for leading a specialized team of Solution Engineers, driving the end-to-end technical design and architecture of complex systems and customized solutions.
  • Lead development of innovative, technically sound, and commercially viable technology solutions; drive performance and capabilities of the Solution Engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate exceptional technical acumen across diverse domains, strong strategic leadership, and experience managing high-performing, specialized technical teams to meet complex customer requirements and support sustainable business growth.
  • Plan and guide marketing for focused customer workshops, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives to showcase capabilities.
What you need to be successful
Qualification
  • Minimum bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or relevant discipline; master\'s degree is an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive techno-commercial experience with proven track record in technology sales, service delivery, project and product management in Tech Co, OEM, or service provider industry.
