IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Identify, develop, and manage critical relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), technology partners, and other strategic partners to drive industrial cooperation and expand market reach.
  • Lead complex negotiations, cultivate executive-level relationships, and ensure strategic alignment across all partnership initiatives of PTCL Business Solutions.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and maintain strong, high-level relationships with existing and new OEM partners & service providers, managing relationships, ensuring product quality, and coordinating supply chain activities to facilitate efficient product/solution integration and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for capacity development, GTM, align partner activities with business goals, develop joint business plans, and drive revenue contributions from partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends & emerging technologies; lead the development and execution of technology alliance strategies, enhance joint market propositions, and oversee technical integrations to drive pipeline and revenue growth with sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnerships with key OEMs, technology vendors, and ecosystem players aligned with long-term business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Partner with key players to align features with market and business needs; share OEM insights to inform product enhancements, participate in product roadmap discussions, provide business input, support testing and validation of new features, and monitor post-launch performance.
  • Onboard partners, maintain productive business relationships, and ensure compliance with internal partner governance frameworks.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline. Master's degree will be an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 20 years of progressive industry experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role managing strategic technology alliances and partner ecosystems.
