Job Summary:
This role involves expanding our seller base, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting new seller success on Daraz. Responsibilities include market research, client communication, negotiation, onboarding, and developing commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with new sellers, including suppliers, vendors, and brands.
- Negotiation: Develop and negotiate incentive programs with prospective clients to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Onboarding: Oversee and support the onboarding process for new sellers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources within the Electronics category.
- Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement seller acquisition and retention strategies.
- Order Management & Fulfillment: Manage the order process from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide performance reports on key metrics and use data insights for growth opportunities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in business development, account management, sales, or e-commerce, preferably in Electronics.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online sales, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to quick changes and dynamic environments.
