Responsibilities:

  • Improve and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Act as a bridge between MTBC and US-based clients for various reasons, including:
  • Communicating concerns raised by different MTBC departments.
  • Providing clients with easy access to resources that help them get answers to their day-to-day questions.
  • Conducting routine proactive meetings over the phone with clients to ensure all issues are being addressed.
  • Helping the company increase client retention.
Job Specification
  • Highly proficient in English.
  • Fluent in spoken English with full confidence.
  • Understanding the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally.
  • Applying proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
  • International call center experience is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of computer troubleshooting.
