We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Support Specialist in our service team located in Islamabad.

As a key member of our customer service unit, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, ensuring their queries are resolved with efficiency and empathy. Your role will be pivotal in upholding the high standards of customer satisfaction that we strive for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of incoming messages, customer inquiries & calls with a professional demeanor.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and requirements
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements:

  • English Writing & Speaking skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Must have a Graduation Degree.
  • Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
  • Fresh Graduates can also apply.
