Job Description

This role involves developing strategic business reports and systems pertaining to sales and distribution along with identifying areas for improvement using analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing channel growth strategies to aid in achieving company objectives of revenue maximization.
  • Channel target setting and communication to regional teams.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to peer teams and senior management.
  • Developing and changing policies and procedures to update the channel as per required business objectives.
  • Managing channel activities in line with overall departmental goals.
  • Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly insight reports covering key performance indicators that drive the business forward.
  • Devising promotional strategies to aid in achieving company objectives of growth.
  • Collaborating across multiple functions of the organization to accomplish goals, including liaising with regions, marketing, IT, and finance.
  • Devising and setting key performance indicators for sales teams to ensure productivity of the channel.
  • End-to-end responsibility of designing and executing trade promotions for sales channels.
  • Efficiently managing all ongoing projects related to channel development. Providing analysis and identifying areas for business improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar domain is required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintaining strong follow-up.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport at tactical and strategic levels.
