Job Title: Chief Operating Officer - Data Management

Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development and implementation of strategic business plans for the Alternate Channel. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative solutions to drive channel growth and competitiveness.

You will be responsible for monitoring Alternate channel performance using data-driven insights; conducting regular reviews and optimizing strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will oversee partner onboarding, reconciliations, commission management, and resolve operational issues.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and delivering strategic projects focused on digital transformation, process automation, and innovation across the Alternate Channel. You will also manage cross-functional projects to enhance channel capabilities and improve system controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
  • Strengthen BVS management by ensuring timely procurement, efficient device management, robust R&R processes, and comprehensive regional support.
  • Implement robust controls and process improvements to reduce operational risks and enhance efficiency across Supply Chain and BVS functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline distribution, optimize costs, and maintain high level of regional support.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
