We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in building a positive work culture, improving employee experiences, and managing end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, team engagement, and compliance.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Foster a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment
- Support performance evaluation systems and handle employee relations
- Coordinate employee recognition, wellness, and team-building initiatives
Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar leadership role
Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employment law
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in HR software
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
