About the Role

The role primarily focuses on Talent Management and Acquisition, where the selected candidate must be a critical thinker with a sharp eye for identifying gaps and making timely, effective decisions. The resource will also be responsible for developing SOPs to streamline the hiring process and ensure positions are filled promptly. Additionally, the role contributes to the Organizational Development (OD) function by creating and implementing systems for performance measurement and overall process improvement SOP's.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for retail and head office positions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads to forecast hiring needs for new store openings and seasonal demands.
  • Use smart sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and more.
  • Conduct screening interviews, coordinate assessment stages, and manage selection processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and update job descriptions in alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
  • Assist in the design and refinement of recruitment SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Support HR in the creation or enhancement of performance review tools, satisfaction surveys, or internal communication processes.

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in: Retail or fashion apparel industry
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment for both retail and head office
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), and recruitment analytics
  • Exposure to HR process documentation, SOP creation, or basic OD initiatives is a strong plus
  • Experience working in a growing or multi-location organization will be advantageous

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Human psychology or a related field (Required)
  • Master's degree in HRM or MBA (Preferred, but not mandatory)
