Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role involves developing and implementing recruitment processes to achieve hiring objectives and build a talent pipeline for potential vacant positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Evaluate candidate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate with interview teams.
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct reference checks and complete pre-employment documentation.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
