Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to design and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to identify potential talent.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan that meets the organization's talent needs.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to identify potential talent.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement testing methodologies to ensure competency levels match job roles.
- Develop team-building exercises and workshops to improve collaboration and communication among team members.
- Develop methods of measuring performance management alignment with organizational goals.
- Resolve conflict within groups and provide strategic support in accomplishing business goals in terms of human capital.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BS/BA/MBA degree from a reputable university
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information
