Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the Voice Program within the Operations department. The role involves assisting our U.S.-based clients' customers with their queries and concerns, providing accurate resolutions according to defined processes via calls. We value personality, passion, and work ethic, and a sense of humor is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience in line with performance objectives and client core values.
- Assist customers with purchases made through the e-commerce website.
- Show interest and courtesy in interactions, maintaining a friendly and caring demeanor.
- Offer alternatives to unavailable products on the website.
- Follow standard processes and procedures for issue resolution.
- Stay updated on system information, process changes, and future updates.
Job Specifications
- O Levels, Intermediate or above.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
