At TecRec Pvt Ltd, we specialize in recruitment and business services. We're looking for a sharp, results-driven professional to lead our business growth and build long-term client relationships. Flexible work setup — remote or office-based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular performance reports.
- Represent TecRec at client meetings and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Network or experience in recruitment/business services is a plus.
