Responsibilities:
- Job Analysis and Sourcing: Conduct thorough job analyses to identify key requirements and qualifications for each role. Utilize advanced search techniques and social media platforms to source high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Candidate Engagement and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to engage potential candidates, assess their skills and fit, and select the best talent for our organization.
- Relationship Building and Communication: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and other recruiters. Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring seamless interactions and positive outcomes.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance candidate experiences. Identify opportunities for automation, technology adoption, and innovative solutions to stay ahead in the competitive job market.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records, report metrics, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resource Management (MPA or MBA) or related field; 3-4 years of consistent experience in recruiting or staffing.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; proven relationship-building abilities; solid IT skills; and expertise in using advanced search techniques and social media platforms.
