Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media content writing, and social media campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends/insights to optimize spend & performance.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify critical conversion and drop off points and optimize the user funnels.
Qualifications/Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing.
  • At least 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up/optimizing PPC/GDN/YT campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS
