Position Overview:The Client Success Manager ensures client satisfaction and success by managing order processing, fostering strong relationships, addressing customer needs, managing inventory, and supporting project management efforts. This role requires excellent customer service skills, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Responsibilities:- Order Fulfillment: Process orders and quotes accurately and timely, meet SLAs, monitor open orders, and communicate effectively with customers and sales teams.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, communicate order status, and coordinate interactions.
- Customer Service: Address customer operational and reporting needs, understand the Zones Service Catalog, and be the primary contact for customer issues.
- Sourcing: Manage off-catalog requests, maintain custom catalogs, process project worksheets, and support inventory and contract activities.
- Project Management: Participate in account planning, pipeline growth, uncover future needs, and coordinate with PMO or Operations for new rollouts.
- Experience in enterprise sales
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
