Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of customer inquiries in both languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Document interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer support

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Timing/Location:

6PM-3AM (Monday to Friday) – Wapda Town, Lahore.
