Job Description:
Lime Software Logics is seeking an experienced Technical Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with our US-based B2B clients in the Web Development space.
Our clients are technically sound software agencies, so we need someone who can communicate confidently using web development terminology, handle strategic accounts via video calls and email, and identify upselling opportunities mid-discussion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing US-based B2B clients (software agencies).
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and consistent communication.
- Leverage technical knowledge to communicate effectively and confidently.
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities during meetings and discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or a related client-facing role.
- Strong background in upselling within web development projects.
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Technically fluent in web development concepts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
