Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager located in Lahore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing customer data to drive retention, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include regular check-ins with clients, addressing their concerns, understanding their needs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to drive Customer Retention
  • Proven Relationship Building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in similar roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
