Online Growth Marketing Specialist at Google Operations Center

Rafeeqi is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to oversee day-to-day customer interactions and ensure a smooth, reliable experience across our transport services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer queries, complaints, and requests through calls, messages, or in person.
  • Ensure timely coordination of transport bookings and service follow-ups.
  • Monitor service quality and take proactive steps to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer issues efficiently and ensure smooth resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and service details.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align on customer needs and feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers and help maintain service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in transport/logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.).
