About the Role
We are implementing a robustSalesforceecosystem that will become the centerpiece for managing membership, certifications, events, and marketing. We're looking for aSalesforceAdministratorto help maintain, configure, and optimize the platform—ensuring all teams can effectively leverage its capabilities from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-daySalesforceoperations, including user provisioning, role-based access controls, profiles, and permissions.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support multiple business units.
  • Configure objects, fields, validation rules, and flows to automate key processes.
  • Monitor platform health, handle data imports, deduplication, and routine audits to maintain data quality.
  • Support integration monitoring and ensure data flows correctly across connected systems.
  • Assist with UAT cycles and end-user training, helping staff adopt new functionality.
  • Stay up to date onSalesforcereleases and propose enhancements that align with evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years ofSalesforceadministration experience, ideally across multipleSalesforceclouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
  • SalesforceAdministrator certification (ADM-201 required).
  • Strong knowledge ofSalesforcesecurity models, role hierarchies, profiles, and field-level access.
  • Experience building tailored reports and dashboards for diverse business users.
  • Familiarity with marketing, event, or financial system integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
