Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with freelance platforms such as , Upwork, Bark, and Fiverr. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through bidding and proposal writing, converting leads into clients, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, , Bark, and Fiverr.
  • Prepare customized proposals and cover letters to win projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing with clients.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, content writers) to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions for reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor trends and competitors in the freelancing space to optimize strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum BA/BSc (14 years of education) in Business, Marketing, IT, or any relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in online bidding and freelancing platforms is preferred (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to write compelling proposals and business content.
  • Familiarity with digital services like Web Development, Design, SEO, Content Writing, etc.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
