Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Rawayat Organic (Lahore). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Manage and process orders efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain daily reports and communicate with the operations team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu & English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience in customer service/call center is an advantage
What We Offer
  • Salary: PKR 25,000 – 35,000 (based on experience & skills)
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
