We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue through channel development and marketing initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing product training and support services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conducting market research to analyze industry trends, competition, and customer behavior.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and making adjustments as needed to meet business goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the CCTV market, IT equipment, consumer electronics, or networking category.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- A high level of proficiency in English, with Chinese language skills being an asset.
- A strong affinity for sales and negotiation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment and manage stress effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PPT, and related tools.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher.
