Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, a subsidiary of Al-Futtaim Group, is a story of success. Recognized for corporate excellence and "Best Corporate Performance," the company has achieved consistent corporate success.

With its corporate office in Lahore and the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, it manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the world's leading manufacturer of agricultural tractors. What you will do?

Development of Dealership Network:

  • Develop dealerships according to company standards, appoint new dealerships as needed, upgrade setups, ensure seamless after-sales services, and maintain proper 3S operations within the network.
  • Develop new setups and upgrade existing networks within the territory.
  • Brand dealerships and network as per requirements.
  • Expand the after-sales service network by increasing authorized workshops in the territory.

Enhance and Develop Market Share:

Increase market share in the territory and promote sales of 85 HP and 75 HP SKUs.

Institutional Liaison:

Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, private organizations, and contractors involved in tractor financing.

Preparing Reports:

Prepare reports on customer feedback, product performance, dealer feedback, competitor activities, policies, and market analysis for the line manager.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Participate in commercial events, fairs, trade exhibitions, advertising campaigns, roadshows, etc., as assigned.
  • Conduct demonstrations and free service programs in collaboration with the After Sales Service department. Visit farms, landlords, and progressive farmers to develop contacts and relationships.

Arrange and Conduct Training Programmes:

Conduct training sessions for dealers, dealership staff, customers, bank A.C.Os, government officials, tractor operators, and staff of private institutions/farms as required by the line manager or specific needs.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Education:

BS in Agricultural Engineering, BBA/MBA, or MS in Farming.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

2-5 years of experience in agribusiness and services.

Job-Specific/Technical Skills:

Knowledge of agriculture-related business information.
