Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical expert who can manage, implement, and analyze data across platforms using tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Pixels, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and more.

This is a project-based role with the opportunity to become a long-term partner for continuous digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) for websites and landing pages.
  • Set up and verify Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Conversion Pixels.
  • Configure custom events, triggers, and variables for enhanced data collection.
  • Troubleshoot and QA tracking issues across browsers and devices.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare insight-based reports for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to optimize tracking accuracy.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates in tracking technologies and privacy regulations (GDPR, iOS, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Tracking, Meta Pixel, and analytics tools.
  • Familiar with GA4, Looker Studio (optional), and event-based tracking systems.
  • Understanding of JavaScript basics for debugging tags and triggers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with e-commerce or landing page tracking is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate remotely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
