We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to drive sales of our innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing software features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and participate in marketing campaigns and events.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software sales or a demonstrated ability to sell technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and various software products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
