Software Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to drive sales of our innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing software features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and participate in marketing campaigns and events.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales or a demonstrated ability to sell technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and various software products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored software solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
