Position OverviewAs a Client Success Manager, you will manage customer expectations, coordinate resources, handle order and inventory management, develop relationships, address challenges, and support product delivery. Your role involves RFQs, bid and solution creation, reporting, pricing, case management, and account communication.
Responsibilities:- Order Fulfillment: Process orders and quotes accurately and timely.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service: Address operational needs, provide proactive support, and serve as the primary contact for customer issues.
- Sourcing: Manage off-catalog requests, maintain catalogs, and coordinate inventory.
- Project Management: Plan and coordinate account needs, participate in pipeline activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in Enterprise sales
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
