Job Title: Technical Customer Success Manager
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Timings: 7 PM - 3 AM (Onsite)
About the Role:
CorTechSols is seeking a dynamic and technically sound Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll be the key bridge between our technical teams and prospective clients. You'll accompany our clients in the first meetings, understand their requirements, and help convert them into long-term partners.
This role is ideal for someone who's not only great with people but also has a solid understanding of Python, AI/ML, and MERN stack technologies, enabling you to speak the language of both the client and our developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in initial client meetings, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Understand client requirements and clearly translate them into technical scopes.
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to formulate project proposals and solutions.
- Drive client onboarding and ensure smooth handoff to project execution teams.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support throughout the client lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role in tech or software services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Working knowledge of:
- Python (basic scripting, use cases, libraries)
- AI/ML concepts (understanding of model lifecycle, use cases)
- MERN Stack (basic understanding of how frontend and backend integrate)
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- A proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with startups, SaaS products, or tech service agencies.
- Prior experience with pre-sales or technical sales is a plus.
