The role of an HR Manager is multifaceted, encompassing employee relations, recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits. This position requires maintaining and reporting on HRIS data, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws as well as company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

This individual will have a strong understanding of human resource administration principles and practices, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. They should also be detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information appropriately, and demonstrate a service-oriented approach.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR Information Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

In addition to these requirements, the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of human resource administration principles and practices, be detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information. They must also possess excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.
