Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager Admin is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. This role involves managing office operations,Procurement of Items, supervising administrative staff, and implementing effective processes and systems to support day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and properly maintained.
Maintain office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and other administrative systems.
Team Supervision:
Supervise administrative staff, including assistants, clerks, and support personnel.
Delegate tasks and monitor performance, providing guidance and training as needed.
Budget and Expense Management:
Manage and track the office's administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.
Approve office-related expenses and ensure they align with organizational goals.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact between departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Equivalent .
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Additional Requirements:
Female candidates are preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30, Rs45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
