Title: IT Lead (Azure/Cloud Architect)

Timings: 7pm-4am (Karachi, Onsite)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator with a focus on Azure Active Directory and broader Azure infrastructure management.
  • Solid understanding of Azure AD architecture, components, and integration with other Microsoft services.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AD Connect and identity synchronization.
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure infrastructure, including firewalls, WAFs, virtual networks, and security groups.
  • Experience with tenant-to-tenant migration in Microsoft Azure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
  • Experience managing Azure Policy for governance and compliance enforcement.
  • Hands-on experience managing Azure Key Vaults for secure storage of secrets, certificates, and encryption keys.
  • Experience configuring and managing Azure Backup and Site Recovery solutions for business continuity.
  • Microsoft Intune administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • Experience using Azure Automation and PowerShell for routine management, deployment, and compliance tasks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex Azure-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate directly to complainants and stakeholders.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Azure AD B2B and B2C configurations.
  • Knowledge of Azure Identity Protection and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities for Azure resource management.
  • Deep understanding of Azure security and compliance best practices for regulated industries such as healthcare.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Strong awareness of HIPAA and other regulatory compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
