
Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in DHA Phase V, Lahore, Pakistan. # Company Brief Emblem Technologies is a multinational development firm with over 200 tech products. We serve an ever-growing list of global clients, working on complex enterprise projects and products. Our motto, "Think Innovative," reflects our commitment to developing cutting-edge solutions that shape the future of Software in Mobile and Social spaces. ## Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Contact prospective customers through cold calls and targeted emails.
- Educate potential clients about our solutions and how they address specific business challenges.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and accurately track all prospect interactions.
- Remain informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base by qualifying leads.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records, logs, and activities related to sales outreach.
- Employ sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless, Copilot AI) to optimize the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to client. ## Requirements - **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in a Sales Development or related role - **Location:** DHA Phase V, Lahore, Pakistan (on-site availability may be required) - **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience - **CRM Proficiency:** Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Seamless AI ## Mandatory Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in generating and nurturing leads
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines ## Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Copilot AI)
