Overview

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This position is focused on the day-to-day and strategic operations as described below:

Responsibilities
  • To receive training in all the departments.
  • To prepare a written summary/report about the training in the specific department or area.
  • Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures for better execution of departmental duties.
  • Work in teams to achieve higher goals.
  • Assist in the management of current renewals.
  • Upsell prepaid maintenance and reinstate lapsed customers.
  • Coordinate with the team so that there are no communication barriers.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on territory management.
  • A process-oriented individual who is capable enough to grasp the procedures at Prestige Offshore Staffing Solutions.
  • Excellent computer and Internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on territory management.
