Responsibilities
  • To receive comprehensive training across various departments.
  • To prepare a detailed summary/report about the training in each department or area.
  • Observe and learn from experienced professionals to gain knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures for effective execution of departmental duties.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Assist in managing current renewals.
  • Upsell prepaid maintenance and reinstate lapsed customers.
  • Cultivate open communication within the team.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on territory management are required.
  • A process-oriented individual capable of grasping procedures is sought after.
  • Proficiency in computer and Internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office is necessary.
