We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting growth across multiple channels. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, development) to align on offerings and client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a CRM system and report regularly on pipeline and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, tech, eCommerce, or relevant industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or product strategy.
- Prior experience in international markets or B2B sales.
