In this role, you will be responsible for identifying target companies, industries, or suitable individuals; performing appropriate research and attracting quality candidates while bringing in new employer branding strategies.

What your day looks like at GroupM:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the best-fit candidates.
- Coordinate job postings on Jobvite (ATS), social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep them updated with status and feedback.
- Assist with the interview process and help ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Lead early career programs such as Media Masters, Internships, Experiential Learning Programs, and Study Tours.
- Employer Branding:
- Assist in creating and implementing employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Develop content for social media, careers pages, and other employer branding platforms.
- Partner with the regional employer branding team to design and execute campaigns that highlight the company's culture, values, and employee stories.
- Track and analyze employer brand metrics and provide insights on how to enhance visibility.
- Foster relationships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to build the company's employer brand.
- Partnership with Academia:
- Partner with universities to create media masters & internship programs: Work with universities to offer GroupM management trainee and internships that provide students with real-world experience and exposure to your company.
- On-campus recruitment: Assist Senior Manager in attending and managing career fairs, hosting recruitment events, or conducting interviews on campuses to identify top talent early in their academic careers.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, media, digital, and operations, to ensure alignment on recruitment and branding efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Establish the search process, including the interview process, for each brief, as well as the compensation target for the search.
- Execute and manage the search strategy and provide regular and timely information to the recruiting managers to ensure they are up to date on progress.
- Provide effective recruitment advice, guidance, and solutions to managers across the group; always working within the necessary legal parameters.
- Be an effective, committed, and participative team member in order to provide a first-class service to the group; contributing to the continuing development of the HR & Talent team.
- Bring in new and innovative ideas to elevate GroupM's brand image and employer branding initiatives.
- At least 1 year of solid experience recruiting in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
- Extensive experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels including careers websites, professional and social media, employee referrals, and job sites.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders at any level.
- Be highly diligent, ethical, reliable, and accountable.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office software with immediate skills in Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships across different levels.
- Ability to thrive in an informal, high-paced environment where priorities are constantly shifting.
