Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for procuring goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively.

The Sourcing Specialist will oversee the procurement of various materials, including tools, machines, and building materials. They will develop and implement sourcing strategies to align with organizational goals, identify opportunities for value creation, and leverage data analysis for informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of material acquisition and import/export processes, especially with China. They must be proficient in using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and project management software.

The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with internal teams to understand their sourcing needs and align sourcing strategies with broader business objectives. They will also provide training and guidance to procurement teams and stakeholders on competitive sourcing practices, policy adherence, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, sourcing, or international trade.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and project management software.
Benefits

The salary for this position is $4/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Working hours will be aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
