- Establish or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

- Responsible for meeting/exceeding revenue goals for assigned accounts/industries.

- Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.

- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.

- Manage documentation and records to support all potential transactions.

- Adopt a team approach; work with others in pursuing common goals.

- Reports directly to CEO.

- Good cross-industry personal relations.

- Be willing to undertake other tasks that are assigned by the management.

Job Specification

- At least BBA(Marketing) with 2 to 3 years of Experience in related field.

- Knowledge and experience of generating leads and developing relations on LinkedIn.

- Must have good personal relations in corporate sector.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

- Must have Experience of strategic planning and business development.

- Good computer skills.

- Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality of information.

- Active and can work under pressure.

- Confident and ambitious.

- Self disciplined & Client-centric.

- Must have positive attitude & pleasant personality.
