
Outbound Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as an Outbound Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential clients to introduce them to our products and services and persuade them to make a purchase. You will also be responsible for following up with clients and assisting them with any questions or concerns they may have.
Job SpecificationKey Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to potential clients to introduce them to our products and services
Persuade clients to make a purchase by highlighting the benefits and value of our products
Follow up with clients to answer any questions or address any concerns they may have
Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction goals
Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and policies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Proficiency with computer and phone systems
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
