We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Business Development to identify and target new sales leads, focusing on key market categories. He will leverage experience with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients to expand customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and pursue fresh sales leads, with an emphasis on key market segments
  • Cultivate strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate entities to grow our client network
  • Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at driving financial growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Perform in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and emerging sectors
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, marketing strategies, and the evolving needs of potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing solutions and respond to client queries promptly
Requirements:

Bachelor's/ Masters
Minimum 5 years of Business Development or relevant experience in Sales

Skills & Behavior:
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the architecture, construction, or corporate sectors.
  • Strong market research, negotiation, and proposal development skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance.
