Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Management - Manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Order Fulfillment - Process orders and quotes efficiently, meeting or exceeding customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Sales Support - Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide product information, and facilitate transactions
  • Relationship Development - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet those needs
  • Communication - Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Inventory Management - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and optimize logistics
  • Data Analysis - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing business decisions and strategies
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
  • Knowledge of sales processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
