Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead annual strategic planning sessions with top management to prepare the annual Business Scorecard.
  2. Prepare the annual HR Strategic Resource Plan in coordination with departmental heads, considering immediate and long-term staffing requirements, including numbers, skill types, and skill levels.
  3. Provide guidance and input on departmental restructuring and succession planning.
  4. Propose departmental structures with consensus from Department Heads.
  5. Update and share the organizational chart monthly with Heads of Departments and Directors.
  6. Create and implement KPIs for all departments.
  7. Ensure departmental KPIs align with the Business Scorecard.
  8. Assist top management in preparing employee engagement survey solutions.
  9. Manage and resolve employee issues, maintaining healthy relationships.
  10. Regularly identify and evaluate HR and compliance risks.
  11. Conduct job analysis to prepare job descriptions for all positions within the organogram.
  12. Participate in recruitment and selection processes upon receiving employee requisitions.
  13. Review and approve monthly payroll.
  14. Conduct salary reviews every alternate year, comparing with market trends.
  15. Monitor salary structures and benefits to balance cost controls with attracting and retaining staff.
  16. Conduct training needs analysis to identify current and future training requirements.
  17. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  18. Assist department managers in annual performance reviews.
Job Specification
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in managing HR and compliance.
  • Must possess strong communication, business acumen, analytical skills, HR and compliance knowledge, leadership qualities, and relationship management skills.
