Dukan.pk, a dynamic player in the fintech industry, seeks a driven and resourceful Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is essential in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to onboard retail merchants onto our platform. As a successful candidate, you possess a deep understanding of sales strategy, lead generation, and consultative selling techniques. You will take ownership of driving strategic partnerships and expanding our merchant acquisition efforts. Initially working solo, you will have a clear pathway to establishing and leading a team in the future. Your proactive approach, combined with your expert negotiating skills, will ensure the continuous growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to onboard retail merchants onto the Dukan platform.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, identify customer needs, and uncover new channels for strategic growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through effective direct outreach, partnership networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retail store owners, brands, and distributors to demonstrate the advantages of our Raast-based QR payment solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts, including prospecting, pitching, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Regularly track, report, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and strategy improvement.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to refine product-market fit and enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Represent Dukan.pk at industry meetups, expos, and partner events to promote our vision and solutions.
  • Stay informed about market developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in the retail landscape.
