Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
  • Create tailored proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and client engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience B2B or B2C - (Advantage if software sales)
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing).
  • Ability to create professional proposals and presentations.
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • High level of confidence, rapport building, and persuasion ability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
