Join Our Team as Manager – Business Development

Are you a dynamic and goal-driven professional with a passion for business growth and innovation? We are looking for an energetic Manager – Business Development to lead strategic sales initiatives and forge impactful partnerships in the banking and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities, particularly in biometric/POS solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new software developments
  • Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in a technical field or MBA (Sales/Marketing)
  • 5–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Sales/Business Development
  • Strong exposure to biometric devices, POS systems, and related technologies
  • Prior experience in multinational or reputable local companies preferred
  • Solid understanding of networks, software systems, and solution selling
  • Willingness to travel outside Karachi as and when required
